Common Questions from Coaches, Boosters, and Donors

You pick an activity (like touchdowns or three-pointers) and pledge an amount per occurrence. After each game, the coach enters the stats and you're charged automatically based on what happened. If the team scored 4 touchdowns and you pledged $5 each, you'd be charged $20.

Absolutely. Every pledge has two caps you set: a per-game maximum and a monthly maximum. If your per-game cap is $25, you'll never be charged more than that for a single game, no matter how many touchdowns are scored.

Register an account, create your team, add a season with a fundraising goal, and define the activities you want to track (touchdowns, goals, etc.). Then share your team page link with potential donors. The whole process takes about 5 minutes.

The coach enters the stats for each activity (touchdowns, goals, etc.) in their dashboard. Once submitted, donations are calculated and donors are charged automatically. Donors get a receipt. That's it.

There's no monthly fee or setup cost. We charge a small platform fee on each successful donation, plus standard payment processing fees. Donors can also choose to cover the fees so that 100% of their pledge reaches the team. During the beta, the platform is completely free.

Donations go directly from the donor to your school's connected payment account. Coaches never touch the funds. The booster club or school administrator sets up the payment account, and payouts happen on a standard schedule.

Your card details are handled entirely by a PCI-compliant payment processor used by millions of businesses. We never see or store your full card number.

Yes, anytime. Canceling stops charges for future games. Any charges from games already played are final, since the donation was earned by the team's performance. You can also pause a pledge and resume it later.
